Electronic signatures and time-stamps are important tools for the legally-compliant storage and archiving of electronic documents.

The electronic signature protects the integrity of the data, and supports authentication and non-repudiation. Using signatures, the legal requirements for data archiving may be met without the use of special storage systems.

Electronic signatures reveal if a document has been manipulated or changed in archive. Any change to the data will automatically invalidate the electronic signature.

QuoVadis provides the necessary digital certificates and secure signature creation device (USB eToken, smart card or hardware security modules). We also provides for the statutory registration and delivery processes.
