QuoVadis is an outsource Certification Services Provider (CSP), enabling organizations and their users to use Digital Certificates for online authentication, encryption, as well as the creation of Electronic signatures.

QuoVadis is accredited in several jurisdictions as a “Qualified” provider, allowing additional legal benefits for customers using Electronic signatures.

QuoVadis was originally formed by Zurich Financial Services in 1999 in Bermuda to serve the international financial services sector associated with the island. In early 2003, senior Management executed a Management buyout and relaunched QuoVadis.

In January 2005, QuoVadis Trustlink Schweiz AG was formed with the goal to pursue qualified Swiss CSP status through the BAKOM (Bundesamt für Kommunikation) to better serve the needs of customers in Europe.
